An experienced Amazon Retail and eCommerce professional, Paulina has worked with many organisations across multiple categories.  A native of Poland, she moved to London to study at University College London UCL, then after graduating began her career in Sales and Marketing in the IT Sector.

She then joined Amazon at their HQ in London, leading and developing a team of Brand Specialists, working with some of the largest strategic vendors to drive growth for their businesses on Amazon.

Paulina advised on competing online effectively and maintaining top-level customer service and rankings, critical to a brand’s success on any marketplace.  This included online marketing and promotions, brand store design and management, developing marketing and merchandising plans. Customer experience lies at the heart of her method, using her analytical approach to scrutinise all aspects of strategy through the full supply chain, always driving best in class for her brands.

Paulina now shares this unique knowledge and experience with Polish and International brands wishing to sell into the Polish market and more widely across Europe.

In her spare time, Paulina enjoys barre, running, and occasionally using her professional makeup artist skills!

Nick has extensive executive and board level experience, with a strong track record in creating new markets and growing existing businesses, across many vertical markets. He’s led local and international projects and enjoys the challenge of creating new businesses and building strong teams.  Nick is entrepreneurial, with a sense of fun and spirit of altruism.

He began his career in IT development, and through various technical and sales leadership roles at Oracle Corporation, learnt what it takes to help companies be successful online. Thereafter, Nick joined Anaplan to lead their fast-growing UK business.  Anaplan is a cloud based company, providing business planning and analytics software for many of the world largest companies and best known brands.

Today, Nick leverages his expertise in digital sales, SEO marketing and web design at boomd to provide guidance to Polish and International brands as they navigate marketplaces such as Amazon to grow their online businesses. 

Nick has a 1st Class Degree in Computer Science, and a Masters Degree in Executive Management.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys his sporting passions of running and cycling, and the great craft beer in Poland!
